Sardine frits with Aonori(green seaweed)
Ingredients
- 3 sardines
- a pinch of salt
- [A]70g cake flour
- [A]30g potato starch
- [A]1 tablespoon of Aonori(green seaweed)
- [A]150cc Beer (or sparkling water)
- Frying oil as needed
- Lemon as needed
How to make
- 1 Clean all organs of sardines and wipe off excess water with kitchen paper.
- 2Add all ingredients “A” into a bowl and mix well.
- 3Heat the frying oil to 170℃ and fry the coated sardines.
- 4Fry for 3 to 4 minutes, then raise the temperature to 180℃. Fry for about another 10 seconds and drain off the oil.
- 5Arrange on a plate, garnish with lemon.
